30-Day Returns: Frames may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for non-defective returns.
Custom Lenses: Prescription, progressive, bifocal, photochromic, polarized, tinted, high-index, and other customized lenses are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for your order.
Quality Issues: If we made an error or your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days. We will provide a replacement, remake, or refund as appropriate.
Color Differences: Slight color differences caused by lighting, photography, screen settings, or viewing conditions are normal and not considered a defect. Photochromic lens color and darkness may also vary depending on UV intensity and environmental conditions.
