💡 Can I Return My Order?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Accessories (like cases, cloths, tags) must be included.

  • You must contact us before sending any return.

❗ Prescription lenses and customized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive defective or incorrect.


📩 How Do I Start a Return?

  1. Email us at support@sprzelook.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A brief reason for return

    • Photos (if item is damaged/defective)

  3. Wait for our approval and return instructions.

Please do not send back items without contacting us first.


🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • For unwanted or change-of-mind returns, customers cover return shipping.

  • For defective, damaged, or wrong items, we’ll cover all return costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for lost return parcels.


💰 When Will I Get My Refund?

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.


🔁 Do You Offer Exchanges?

Currently, we don’t support direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.


🛠 Damaged or Wrong Items?

We’re so sorry if that happened!
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund — no return needed in most cases.

  • Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
